The Company, advocating for new communication channels in social media as one of the closest ways for our users to participate, has developed this Social Media Policy to ensure that communications are productive and consistent with our mission and commitment to them. Consequently, this policy shall apply to the content, comments, and data collected or provided on the Company’s official pages and the social media platforms where it maintains a presence.

Nevertheless, and regardless of the above, it is important to remember that, as a direct user of a specific Social Network, you are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use established by said platform. Therefore, it is advisable to verify the information contained in those policies and terms, as well as the privacy settings of accounts generated by the user.

1. How is your data collected and obtained?

The Company may have access to the data of those users who join or use its official pages or profiles. If advertising actions are carried out in which the user participates, the Company may access their data for the purpose of managing the services offered and/or informing them about the advertising shown.

In the event that the user accesses our official profiles or pages, they must take into account that the Company may have access to the data they have published or made visible on their profile, as well as any other data that it is possible to share under the policies of the Social Media platforms themselves.

2. How do we protect your information?

The Company, acting as the Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, has implemented the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the confidentiality of user data. The aim is to prevent any type of loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access that could lead to a security breach or violation.

2.1 Users' privacy rights

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, the Company guarantees that users may exercise their rights of access to personal data, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, objection, portability, the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, as well as the withdrawal of any consent granted. If the user no longer wishes to use the services offered or promoted by the company in the future, nor wishes to receive advertising communications, they may proceed to unsubscribe through the mechanisms provided on the various official pages, profiles, and websites, uninstall or leave our official applications or groups, or adjust their account privacy settings to prevent access to their information. Once the user has established such unsubscribe settings, the Company will no longer have access to their account information, and their data will be deleted.

3. How is your information used?

In the event that the Company enables an interaction platform or groups for social media followers, it may share user information with directly related companies when necessary to administer, manage, and/or improve the services offered through our website or official platforms, following the signing of a contract that ensures security regarding the processing of your data.

Similarly, the Company will only share your information upon legal request, to comply with applicable regulations, or if requested by the competent authorities.

4. Content and comments from followers and users

The following guidelines are provided to encourage the proper use of communications and contributions that users may share on the website or official platforms; we express our gratitude for the contributions, mentions, and/or responses from our users.

Moderation of Content: The Company will refrain from responding to any comments involving the use of obscene language, personal attacks on other users, derogatory remarks, or matters unrelated to the Company or any of its products, as well as any actions that do not comply with the Legal Notice published on the website.
Third-Party Links: The Company’s website or official platforms include links to other websites managed by third parties, intended to facilitate user access to information from collaborating and/or sponsoring companies. Accordingly, the Company is not responsible for the content of such websites, nor does it act as a guarantor or an offering party for the services and/or information that may be provided through these third-party links.
Reservation of Rights: The Company reserves all rights related to its official pages and platforms including, but not limited to, the following actions: editing, modifying, adding, or deleting any content or comments that act against proper usage and the good faith of the users. Similarly, the Company reserves the right to remove or reject user accounts that post content or comments that violate our Social Media Policy and our Terms of Use published on the website.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Social Media Policy at any time and without prior notice. Nevertheless, the policy will be located in a visible place, freely accessible for any consultations deemed appropriate.
